Payments accepted PaypalPaypal is a secure form of payment allowing yourself, as buyer, to pay with credit card, paypal balance or directly from your bank account. You do not need to register for Paypal, all that is required is an email address.
Cheques I can also accept cheque or postal order payments, made payable to Angela Jardine - please do email me first so that I can put your bear aside and forward you an invoice to avoid any confusion.
Delivery and Postage
Items available directly from my site include postage and packing. Bears available on ebay may incur a small postage/packing fee which I keep to the minimum.
Parcels are sent daily and within 1 working day of receipt of your payment. Whenever possible I try to post on the same day payment arrives.
Returns
In the event that you are at all disappointed with your bear or gift, you can of course return them to me. Please email first just in case there is something I can do to rectify : ) I will return the original payment less the original cost of postage. Hope that sounds fair.
Ordering Info
I use ebay for most of my ooak bears and you will find these on my website store with a link through to their ebay page.
I also have bears available exclusively on my site, made to order. The information for these bears will carry a "Buy" button, taking you to directly to the Paypal website for payment. However if you prefer to send on a cheque/postal order (I do not advise cash) please use the email link provided so that I can put the bear aside for you and send and invoice for payment instead.
Made to order Bears
I will be offering an increasing range of bears available made to order. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your bear to be ready to meet you : ) These bears are postage free and offer you the chance to customise them and name them too..
Commissioned Bears
If you have a special bear in mind and would like to commission him/her, please email and I'll get back to you to discuss your bear. There is a small initial deposit of £5.00 and your bear would be ready to meet you within 3 - 4 weeks. (please note christmas can be a bit hectic, but I will always give you an approx time to help you make your decision.)
No further payment is necessary until your bear is ready to travel. When he/she is ready I can email pics to you for approval and, if you are happy, forward a Paypal or email invoice to you. You can of course name your bear yourself, or have a name chosen if you prefer.
